Returns or Exchanges
You may return an item within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods. You must state the reason for the return/exchange in an email to customer service at support@sanlume.com. All returns must be approved by a member of the Sanlume customer service team.
The item must be in its original packaging with all items included in the order to receive a full refund.
The customer is not responsible for paying for return shipping.
Items purchased at a discount can be exchanged for store credit within 30 calendar days.
Items purchased at a reduced price can be exchanged for other items of the same value as the item ordered.
All standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original packaging and is not suitable for resale, the restocking fee may be higher at the discretion of the Returns Department.
The name on the order and the order number must be on the return label.
Refunds
Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. After we inspect the item, we will promptly notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method used for the order. If an order was placed under Klarna, your invoice will be cancelled if the invoice has not yet been paid, or refunded if it has already been paid.
